The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates formechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)systems across large-scaledata centerandmission-criticalprojects throughout Europe and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) across multiple stages of design and tender.Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to ensure scope and pricing accuracy.Collaborate closely with the pre-construction, design, and project management teams to support pricing, value engineering, and procurement.Conduct quantity take-offs and assess material, labor, and subcontractor costs.Participate in bid reviews, risk analysis, and commercial evaluations for major data center projects.Maintain and update cost databases, benchmarks, and historical project data.Support coordination meetings with peers and stakeholders — on-site presence 5 days per week is required for collaboration and alignment.Provide input into cash flow forecasts, budget control, and project cost planning .RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP estimating, specifically on data center or mission-critical projects.Quantity Surveying (QS) qualification – mandatory.EU passport or EU citizenship – required (to facilitate unrestricted travel and work across Europe).Strong understanding of MEP systems, design coordination, and construction methodologies.Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Revit, Excel, or similar).Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines across regions.
