Job Title: HR Support Specialist
This is a dynamic and varied role within the Human Resources team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data collation and report preparation.
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects and policies, working closely with senior HR professionals.
- Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as planning and organizing events.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in HR or Learning & Development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
