We are seeking an Architectural Technician with minimum three years or more of experience and strong design and technical skills to take a productive role in an expanding friendly office in Lucan Village, working on a variety of projects as housing, apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.
Job Requirements
* BCMS / BCAR experience.
* Excellent Autocad skills required.
* Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
* Experience of working on small, medium and large-scale complex projects demonstrating strong detailing experience.
* Experienced across all stages of Site and Project management.
* Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages and drawings.
* Site experience an advantage.
* The successful applicant will have proven technical detailing ability and experience of realising projects on site.
* Highly motivated, flexible, well organized with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
* Excellent communication, presentation, technical and detailing skills with precise attention to detail.
* Own transport / car an advantage.
