Quality Recycling Ltd. is one of the leading household waste and recycling company's in the South East and Tipperary, and we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to cover commercial accounts.
The purpose of this job is to provide a high level of customer service in a polite and efficient manner in line with company standards. This job will also require accounts administration duties to be carried out in a timely manner.
General Duties:
* Respond to emails and phone queries (commercial & domestic).
* Update daily receipts book, cash flow sheet, and debtors list from bank statement.
* Prepare lodgements, and visit bank as needed.
* Post payments to Dataset.
* Chase outstanding debtors (calls, emails, statements).
* Post transactions and complete bank reconciliation; match commercial/domestic balances to cash sheet.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports including debtors list
* Set up new commercial customers
* Handle ad hoc domestic queries and payments.
* Process Direct Debits and Credit Card payments.
* Create and issue invoices and statements.
* Apply rebates to accounts.
* Enter and reconcile all Control Account transactions.
* Complete month-end close.
Requirements:
* 3 years + previous experience in customer service and office administration.
* Strong communication skills (phone & email) with a professional manner.
* Good numerical skills and confidence working with payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Experience using accounting or billing systems (Sage, Dataset, or similar an advantage).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours /week (Mon to Fri 8.30 am to 4.30pm)
