Overview
Senior Creative Designer role at KPMG Ireland. Location: Dublin 2 (hybrid working model). Grade: Officer. Contract type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end creative development, production, and management of a comprehensive suite of campaign assets for multi-format campaigns, including static visuals, motion graphics, digital content, print materials, and experiential elements.
Design and deliver high-impact marketing materials and pursuit collateral, ensuring brand consistency for digital and print deliverables (brochures, signage, infographics, presentations, web interfaces, banner ads).
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape briefs, refine messaging, present design concepts, and develop visual narratives from concept to completion that align with strategic goals.
Apply strong creative and technical skills across design disciplines including graphic design, typography, layout, digital design, UX/UI; software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Microsoft PowerPoint.
Manage dynamic workloads with shifting priorities and timelines, maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Mentor and develop junior creatives on the team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, ideally within a corporate environment, agency or internal creative team.
Degree in Visual Communication or related design discipline.
Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and delivery of large-scale, multi-format campaigns from concept to completion.
Proven experience in ideation, design, and production of high-profile assets across formats (digital banners, motion/video, print collateral, OOH signage, infographics, presentation decks).
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; motion/video graphics using After Effects and Premiere.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (Word is a plus).
Experience working on proposals/tenders is an advantage.
Experience with digital channels including social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, teamwork and client management skills.
Passion for design and storytelling with keen attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of print production processes and finishing techniques.
A CV and design portfolio showcasing relevant projects and campaigns is required.
