The successful candidate will provide a first-class customer experience while implementing our core values and engaging with our service customers.
Extremely Generous Salary and Large Profit-Sharing Scheme The Role: At Mercedes-Benz Wexford, our service advisors provide the link between our highly trained workshop technicians and our customers during a service visit.
They also act as our retail centre's front line in delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
They perform the key role of knowledgeable advisor to our customers in respect of the care of their vehicles and in explaining the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
The role is highly customer-focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Offer exceptional customer service to create customer confidence by ensuring awareness of all products & services available.
Professional and enthusiastic, with the ability to provide the highest standards of courtesy & efficiency.
Computer literate: ability to record/amend customer details accurately.
Work under pressure in high-stress situations and remain calm when resolving customer issues and complaints.
Ensure accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards and invoices.
Follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
Ensure that all work requested has been completed and appropriately charged.
Maintain excellent personal presentation, always reflecting the company's corporate image.
The Ideal Candidate: Must have experience in customer service, excellent numeracy skills, be computer literate, and be highly organized.
Experience in the Motor Trade or general mechanical knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
Must have the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic working environment.
Full training will be provided.
