Project Coordinator
This role involves overseeing construction projects across the region, focusing on schools and commercial builds. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, leading retrofit and energy efficiency projects, coordinating design teams, and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery.
* Lead retrofit and energy efficiency projects within live environments.
* Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme targets.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Lead or Construction Manager, with proven experience working with contractors on general construction projects. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills are essential, along with relevant construction qualifications and a driving licence.
