Senior Legal Advisor Osborne is delighted to partner with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment for the role of Senior Legal Advisor (Principal Officer Level) Companies Registration Office The Companies Registration Office (CRO) is an office of the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, the functions of which are set out in the Companies Act 2014. The CRO undertakes a range of functions including the incorporation of new Irish registered companies and the enforcement of disclosure obligations of those companies under the 2014 Act. Against this exciting backdrop, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is currently looking for candidates of the highest calibre for the position of: Senior Legal Advisor (Principal Officer Level) The Senior Legal Advisor will be one of three Senior Legal Advisors on the team. The three post holders will work in conjunction with one another to provide a full suite of high-quality legal services to the CRO, the Registry of Friendly Societies (RFS) and the (Register of Beneficial Ownership of Companies and Industrial and Provident Societies) RBO. Candidates should note that the position for which they are applying is a full-time, permanent position. Based on the business needs of the CRO the successful candidate will either be based in our Dublin or Carlow offices and this will be agreed with the successful candidate.
