You will be working on major projects in Dublin, collaborating with expert teams in a BIM Level 2 environment to ensure efficiency, compliance, and top-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Services or a related field (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering), and experience with main contractors is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth analysis of M&E design information during the tender phase.

* Manage distribution and ensure timely release of M&E design data for construction tasks.
">
* Verify that all M&E information for construction aligns with project specifications.
">
* Participate in Construction, Design, Management (CDM) evaluations.
">
* Review project drawings and specifications for any inconsistencies.
">
* Oversee mechanical, electrical, and associated services.
">
* Liaise with design teams and clients on service installations.
">
* Schedule subcontractor work to align with the main project program.
">
* Ensure the build progresses according to design and program requirements.
">
* Coordinate the sign-off process for all service installations.
">
* Ensure commissioning of all systems is complete before practical completion.
