* Position: 2 roles available
* Salary: €526.50 per week
* Accommodation provided in close proximity to the hotel in fully furnished houses within walking distance

**Program Overview:**
This placement focuses on operations with opportunities to rotate through Kitchen, Front Office, and Sales & Marketing departments based on skills and development. The program aims to equip trainees to progress to supervisory roles within 6 months, with responsibilities in daily operations and planning in areas like Maigue Restaurant and Hunters Bar. Rotation to Front of House and Kitchen departments will provide comprehensive skills, progressing from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie, or front desk/reservations roles. Support functions in Sales & Marketing, HR, or Finance are also available later in the program. Progression depends on individual development and operational needs.
