Administrator
to join their busy Operational Department.
This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while providing a high level of administrative assistance to both staff and management. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the delivery of efficient, client-centred processes and contributing to ongoing improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support client onboarding and assist with periodic client reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.
* Handle client-related administrative tasks, including wire transfers, stock transfers, account maintenance, and responding to daily requests.
* Coordinate logistics such as meeting room bookings, client events, couriers, and shared calendars.
* Contribute to quarterly reporting, support ad-hoc projects, and suggest process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
* Relevant qualification with proven experience in an administrative position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a small team.
* Professional, discreet, and client-focused, with a commitment to high standards of confidentiality.
Desirable
* Experience within the Wealth Management industry, or a comparable sector.
* Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
