Job Opportunity
As a Front of House General Operative, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
* You will greet employees and guests warmly.
* Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
* Maintain clean and well-stocked service counters, condiment stations, and dining areas.
Additionally, you will assist with setting up and replenishing buffet or self-service stations, respond promptly to guest requests, and support smooth daily service by coordinating with kitchen and back-of-house teams. You must follow all food safety, hygiene, and company health & safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, clear communication, active listening abilities, a focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should also have flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, or events, attention to detail, and pride in delivering great service. Experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus, but we will provide full training.
