HR ManagerCarlow/KilkennyHybridWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager /Generalist to join a dynamic commercial company and lead the people function in a stand alone capacity. You will play a critical role in managing the day to day people operations and support the senior leadership team as a trusted partner.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated all- rounder, to contribute to the development of employees and input into the growth and success of the business.Responsibilities:Manage the full employee lifecycle including the following areas:● Recruitment, onboarding, talent development.Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industrytrends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.● Employee relations, performance management.Act as point of reference for all HR matters includingpolicy, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.● Act as knowledge base and trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers across thecompany.● Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.● Ensure there are robust policies and processes in place to maintain best practice HR systems andcontrols.● Manage and maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, confidential data.● Design and deliver relevant training and L&D initiatives.● Support the C&B process, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits administration.● Additional responsibilities as required● HR projects and initiatives in line with best practice HR.Experience Required:● Degree level in Human Resources or a related field. CIPD is desirable but not essential.● 4 years + of relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar in a senior generalist HR role.● Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and compliance.● Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals atall levels of the organization.● Proven track record managing difficult issues to resolution, including ER case management.● Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.● Flexible attitude to work with excellent communication and a hands on approach.Apply nowor contactin confidence to learn more.full job description to shortlisted candidates
