We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the above position. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with residents daily.
Our client is hiring full-time Healthcare Assistants to work in a modern, purpose-built nursing home located in Dublin North, offering excellent pay and conditions.

The Health Care Assistant reports directly to the Person in Charge and is responsible for assisting in high-quality care delivery, respecting residents' dignity and privacy, and supporting their independence.
The role includes assisting with daily activities such as washing, toileting, dressing, and eating; acting as a named Carer; communicating effectively with residents and their families; assisting with palliative and end-of-life care; and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Applicants must have completed education to leaving cert level (or equivalent), and from January 2015 onwards, hold FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) in Healthcare Support. Prior to 2015, relevant experience and competency assessments are required.
Benefits include Sunday and night premiums, approximately 38.5 hours per week, full-time indefinite contracts, parking, and lunch.

Job Requirements:
Hold or be in the process of undertaking QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or a Nursing qualification.
Experience supporting people with disabilities.
Hold or be working towards a Full Manual Driving License and willing to drive for work.
Desire for personal and professional development.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Good English language skills.
Computer literacy.
Personal integrity and positive attitude.
European Citizenship or Stamp 4 required.
