About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating all areas of the GastroBar/ Restaurant premises, leading, mentoring and guiding the team as required. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the GastroBar/ Restaurant premises.
* Lead, mentor and guide the team as required.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
* Manage your premises effectively, coordinating Security, Health and Safety etc.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3 years minimum Duty Management experience, ideally in a quality Gastropub locally, working closely with an experienced General Manager and Head Chef to build excellent food reputation.

Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, reliable, committed, motivated and professional person. A positive attitude, a can do approach, friendly and outgoing personality are also required.
