Our client is a global leader in real estate advisory, they are currently looking to add a Qualified Accountant to the team. This role will focus on the area's of : Financial management and reporting Compliance & Audit Stakeholder & team Engagement Operational efficiency and strategic growth Skills, Experience & Qualifications Essential: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounting, ideally within property or real estate. Solid understanding of VAT and tax compliance. Experience with service charge accounting and property management systems. Advanced Excel and strong general IT skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
