Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience in managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
Experience in e-commerce.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including executive level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive offerings, including track record in commercial teams.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to self-initiate and grow in a rapidly changing environment.

Analyze data, trends, and client performance and develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
