They're recruiting for a Senior L&D Specialist to build digital capability across 3000+ frontline, operational, and field-based employees.THE ROLEReporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development, you'll work across the business to build digital capability and business agility. This role requires both design thinking and hands-on delivery - partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.ABOUT THE COMPANY & L&D FUNCTIONThis is one of Ireland's best-known organisations executing a major five-year digital transformation - moving from traditional operations into e-commerce, AI-driven operations, and digital financial services. Right now, digital capability and business agility are massive priorities for the business.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDesign and deliver learning solutions to build digital capability and business agilityBuild and support talent development activities at management and leadership levelsWork with executive sponsors and functional leads to identify capability gaps and validate learning needsDevelop scalable learning plans that work across multiple locations and varying digital literacy levelsEvaluate effectiveness of learning interventions and report on business impactBuild strong relationships with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, influencing across all levelsDeliver blended learning solutions (in partnership with third-party vendors where relevant)Research and implement L&D best practices and technologiesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5-7 years in learning and development with demonstrable experience in digital learning, talent development, or leadership solutions at enterprise levelExperience working at scale - ideally with workforces of 1000+ employeesExperience delivering learning at scale with large, dispersed workforces - you understand how to upskill frontline, operational, or field-based teams with varying digital literacy levelsStrong track record in the full L&D cycle: diagnosis, design, delivery, evaluationAbility to articulate ROI and business impact - how you measure success, not just programme deliveryDigital savviness: understanding of AI, automation, data literacy, learning technologies, and virtual delivery toolsExperience designing and delivering blended learning solutions to support business transformationStrong stakeholder management - comfortable presenting and influencing at senior levelsStrong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA third-level qualification in HR or business (desirable); professional L&D qualification (e.g. CIPD, L&DI) is a plus but not essentialWHAT'S ON OFFERSalary: €65,000 - €70,00015% performance bonusDefined Benefit pension schemeHealthcare scheme with free GP access24 days annual leaveDigital learning access: masterclasses, leadership programmesCycle to work scheme, tax saver travel passCity centre locationHybrid working: 2-3 days onsitePermanent contractHOW THEY WORKThis is a hybrid role based at their HQ in Dublin's city centre.
