* Create and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing among team members.
* Analyse and implement process improvements to maintain quality and productivity standards.
* Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and enhance customer service quality within your area of responsibility.
* Monitor shift performance against key business objectives and develop strategies to improve operational excellence.
* Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices and ensure consistency across sites.
A Day in the Life:
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, and overseeing process improvements. Your day will be varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and operational contingency tasks.
About the Team:
We handle last-mile delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. Our goal is to provide a seamless delivery experience and roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts.
