Utilities Project Coordinator – Contract 12 Months – Ballydine, Ireland - Hybrid
We’re looking for a new Utilities Project Coordinator to join a growing team of professionals in the Ballydine area to deliver on a long-term implementation project working on a Utilities Management Platform.
This is a Hybrid position with on-site presence needed 3 days per week and WFH on the remaining 2 days per week.
Role Responsibilities:
* As the Utilities Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating resources with the Utilities Management Platform (UMP) vendor, the site automation team, and the site projects team to ensure project timelines are adhered to as closely as possible
* Manage day to day and project implementation tasks for the UMP, including running daily meetings with project teams, automation team, and the vendor to prioritize work and execute to agreed deliverables\milestones
* Understand and adhere to internal Automation & IT standards and work closely with vendors to convey these standards appropriately
* Understand and educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels of projects, including active participation in Project Steering teams
* Manage and control change within the project to critical project constraints
* Develop project schedules and document trackers to manage and control project deliverables
* Ensure Automation compliance in line with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities
Required Skills and Experience:
* Significant experience with utility management or industrial control systems
* Strong experience in the pharmaceutical and\or medical device industry with responsibility for SDLC
* Project Management certification is desirable (e.g. PmP or PRINCE2)
* Experience managing multi-functional teams to meet project goals
* The following IT experience would be advantageous; Active Directory, Single Sign On, Server\Databaseetwork Administration, Desktop & Servers Virtualization, Cloud Technologies
