Maternity Leave Cover We are seeking a caring, committed and highly organised Preschool/Crèche Manager to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will have experience in a community childcare service and a strong understanding of compliance and governance. The ideal candidate would be passionate about leading a team that supports children and families within the local community. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the service in accordance with Tusla, DES/Early Years Inspectorate standards and community governance structures. 2. Provide supportive leadership to a diverse team of early years educators and support staff. 3. Promote a warm, inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for children families. Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation consistent with Aistear Síolta. Maintain compliance with health safety child protection requirements.
