The Essentials:
The Track Record:
1 year (min) experience in prospecting/outbound sales.
The Goal:
A clear ambition to lead meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
The Logistics:
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa (Required).
The Location:
Monday–Friday on-site in Dublin City Centre.
The Rewards
Accelerated Earnings:
Average Year 1 OTE of €50,000, scaling to €80,000 in Year 2 as you transition to a full-cycle closer.
Transparent Pay:
Base salary (Mid-Thirties DOE) with uncapped monthly commission and upfront trialling structures.
