About the role
Payzone is seeking a creative, organised, and driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hands on role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with strong operational skills. You'll contribute to campaign execution, content creation, marketing operations, and cross functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
Marketing & campaign delivery
* Support planning and execution of campaigns across consumer, retail, and corporate audiences
* Deliver marketing activity across digital, print, in-store and in-app channels
* Coordinate production of marketing collateral (signage, brochures, POS, presentations)
* Work closely with agencies, printers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Content & design
* Create graphics and assets for social, web, in-app, and print
* Write clear, engaging copy
* Build and manage email marketing campaigns
* Update website content and collaborate with internal/external partners
* Manage social media scheduling, content creation, and community engagement.
Marketing operations
* Maintain marketing calendars and timelines
* Manage purchase orders and update budget trackers
* Coordinate signage needs across retail and council networks
* Keep brand assets and templates organised and up to date
* Support ongoing improvements to the CRM system to enhance marketing effectiveness and reporting.
Analytics & reporting
* Track and report on campaign performance
* Provide insights to support continuous optimisation.
Collaboration & support
* Work closely with product, sales, operations, and external agencies
* Act as a key support to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements
* 1 - 3 years' experience in a marketing role
* A third level qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
* Strong design skills and experience with design tools (e.g.Canva)
* Confident copywriter with strong attention to detail
* Experience managing social media channels
* Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic SEO principles
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
