Our client is looking for a strong Financial Performance and Planning Manager to join their rapidly growing business. You will sit as #1 in the FP&A function, reporting to the FD. The successful candidate should be systems and data-driven individual, as well as a skilled commercial finance business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance analysis; gathering and interpreting data from all business units
* Regular reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, insights and providing recommendations
* Design Power BI dashboards and converting complex data into clear findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Lead the budget process, identifying and analysing variances (actual v forecasts)
* Provide data-driven insights on market trends, revenue opportunities, and cost-efficiency improvements
* Business partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimise performance across the group
* Continuous improvement recommendations; systems, process and industry best practices
* Lead the Performance and Planning team ,supporting development of direct reports
Key Skills:
* 3rd level degree in Business, Finance or related field. A Master's degree is advantageous
* ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or equivalent
* 5 years' experience in performance management or FP&A with business intelligence
* Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Retail or Technology sectors is highly beneficial
