Our EMEA business is entering a new phase of strategic growth. With a strong global footprint and a well-established product portfolio, we’re now focused on expanding our presence in key European markets through deeper customer partnerships, more direct project execution, and a sharper commercial structure.

We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to lead our commercial growth across Europe. This is not just a sales role — it’s a pivotal leadership position combining key account strategy, project delivery, and long-term business development.

With a strong foundation already in place — including one of the world’s largest data centre clients — we are now looking to expand further into data centres, healthcare, and high-value industrial cooling markets across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

As the Key Account Manager, your mission will be to lead, build, and expand SPX Cooling’s strategic accounts in Europe. You’ll:

* Own and grow major accounts – especially in the Data Centre and Healthcare sectors.
* Take over key relationships – including a smooth handover of a high-value key account.
* Drive long-term partnerships – by developing deep, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Deliver full-cycle projects – not just the sale, but planning and executing complex cooling solutions from bid to delivery.
* Collaborate across functions – including Global KAM, Engineering and Operations to present unified and compelling technical solutions.
* Lead with insight – understand the market, competitors and technologies to influence client decisions and shape our offering.
* Mentor and manage – Lead a team of professionals to ensure effective project delivery, with the opportunity to expand the team and progress within the organisation.

Who We’re Looking For

* Key Account Management in HVAC, data centre cooling, or similar industrial environments.
* Strong project delivery experience – especially managing high-value, complex contracts.
* Leadership capabilities – including the ability to manage teams or step into senior roles.
* European market understanding – ideally with a network across UK, Ireland, and broader EMEA.
* Proven strategic selling experience and comfort operating at senior client levels.
* Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to thrive in a matrix environment.
