Ardanis is looking for a talented CIAM & Broker Access Operations Adminstrator. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various access management technologies and be proficient in implementing and optimizing user access controls across multiple platforms. In this position, you will ensure secure, seamless user experiences and assist in troubleshooting and resolving access-related issues. This is a hands-on administration and broker-facing enablement role, not a software engineering or architecture role.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain CIAM solutions to ensure user access is secure, efficient, and in compliance with governance policies.Provision broker organisations and users in CIAMConfigure local and federated user accountsMaintain Magic Link allow-lists, approved email domains and MFA enrolmentPerform bulk user onboarding and migrationsValidate broker data against CRM recordsManage user flows (sign-in, sign-up, password reset)Administer identity providers and application registrationsAssign roles, groups and access permissionsExecute Joiner / Mover / Leaver activitiesPerform token and access validation testingIssue, expire and re-issue one-time access linksSupport failed Magic Link and MFA login attemptsEnforce operational access controls and audit trailsEscalate suspected misuse to Security OperationsMonitor and analyze access logs to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement access mechanisms that enhance user experiences.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for access-related issues encountered by users.Document procedures, workflows, and access control protocols to ensure clarity and consistency.Requirements3+ years of experience in identity and access management or related fields.Strong knowledge of CIAM frameworks and technologies, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.Working knowledge of networking and security principles as they relate to access management.Proficient in using access management tools and platformsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
