CPM Ireland seeks a strategic Data & Insights Analyst to lead the next generation of innovation across our business and its delivery for our clients. The role involves consulting with external clients to ensure they optimise performance through our various tools and platforms. The analyst will transform numbers and data into insights to develop strategies that maximise return on investment across all channels.
As a Strategic Insights & Data Analyst, you will have a strong team ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will confidently share your work outputs and recommendations with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining day-to-day relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Working with multiple data sources and systems to produce relevant data-driven insights.
2. Collaborating with commercial and client groups to understand their markets, categories, and consumer dynamics/data (e.g., EPOS, TGI, GfK).
3. Using various data analysis tools and techniques to create insights and add value to meet business objectives.
4. Presenting actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
5. Delivering insights that drive behavioral and business change.
6. Constructing data models to evaluate marketing success, such as ROI.
7. Interpreting briefs and delivering analytical solutions, taking accountability for end-to-end analysis.

* Ability to interpret and summarise data, presenting insights clearly using MS PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, or Tableau.
* Proven experience manipulating large datasets using SQL, Azure, Alteryx, and Excel.
* Knowledge of field, shopper, experiential, and digital marketing disciplines (desirable).
* Understanding how retailers, brands, and SMEs generate profitable sales (desirable).
* Mathematical, statistical, economic, or marketing qualifications (desirable).
