Responsibilities
* Support the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks and property management.
* Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
* Communicate with tenants and landlords, responding to queries quickly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records, including rental payments, deposits, and property files.
* Assist with viewings, inspections, and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
Key skills required
* 1+ year of experience within property administration.
