 
        
        Leadership Position in Clinical Psychology
We are seeking an experienced clinical psychologist to fill a senior role at our service.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and expertise in the delivery of psychological services, conduct complex assessments and interventions, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team under strong clinical leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Lead the delivery of psychological services and develop strategies for improvement.
 * Conduct complex psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with developmental, intellectual, physical, and sensory needs.
 * Develop and implement highly specialised therapeutic interventions and provide clinical supervision to junior psychologists and other team members.
 * Develop and deliver psychoeducation, counselling, and care planning to empower families.
 * Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practice.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
 * A Doctorate level qualification in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology.
 * Eligibility for membership with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a strong clinical track record.
 * Demonstrated experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
 * Proven experience in a senior or leadership role with responsibility for clinical supervision, team consultation, or service development.
