This role combines advanced engineering leadership with cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic growth and innovation across our technology portfolio.

* Drive innovation and oversee product development projects, focusing on technical competencies and emerging trends.
* Recommend critical future technology choices and maintain awareness of industry risks.
* Evaluate competitive products, processes, and technologies to inform business decisions.
* Build and retain technical competence through talent acquisition, mentoring, and training.
* BS degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical degree required.
* Advanced degree in related field highly desired.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in product development with at least 5 years medical device experience or equivalent education.
* Experience developing devices in compliance with international regulations.
