What You'll Do:
* Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
* Collaborate with Sales to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance
* Coordinate execution of corporate and transaction documents
* Support development of contract management processes and playbooks
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years' contracts management or contracts analyst experience
* Experience in fast-paced, commercial environments
* Strong contract and commercial law knowledge
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and administrative skills
* Solutions-focused, diligent, and strong relationship management skills
* Legal qualification preferred
