About the Role
The Senior Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Manager and is part of the Dublin-based Business Development & Marketing ("BD&M") team.
The role focuses on delivering a programme of marketing initiatives across the Dublin office and its practice groups aimed at raising profile and brand awareness.
Primary responsibilities include:
Understanding the objectives of the Dublin office and its practice groups, and pro-actively developing and delivering initiatives and activities designed to meet them
Ensuring marketing activities and initiatives are joined up and coordinated with corresponding business development plans
Using effective channels of communication for our thought leadership and other profile-raising activities
Working closely with our Digital & Creative Services team to deliver engaging content across a variety of traditional and digital media platforms
Working alongside our events specialists to manage and execute successful client events
Identifying, evaluating and overseeing the Dublin office's corporate associations and sponsorships activity, ensuring they are in line with strategic objectives
Liaising with external suppliers or companies on sponsorship activation plans
The production and maintenance of necessary marketing collateral and other printed and digital materials
Feeding in opportunities arising from marketing activities and campaigns into our BD/CRM plans
Working closely with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure appropriate coordination and collaboration as well as best practice and continuous development in our marketing activities
Working with others within the BD&M team on key projects
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing-related field is preferred
8+ years of experience (preferably in professional, B2B or financial services)
Engages credibly with all members of the organisation with high level of enthusiasm and ability to use own initiative
Ability to provide both strategic and operational support when needed
High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle a consistent and varied workload is essential
Ability to work well under pressure and juggle a number of on-going projects with deadlines and budgets while also maintaining high quality delivery
Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
Ability to apply logic and creativity to problem solving, ideally from experience gained in a professional services environment
Strong relationship skills and the capability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of senior stakeholders
Strong teamwork skills to work alongside and build relationships with the Marketing Team both locally and globally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Strong project management and administrative skills
