Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our footwear retail team as Weekend Footwear Advisors.
This role is perfect for students looking for flexible, high-paying weekend work while gaining valuable retail and customer service experience.
As a Footwear Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized guidance to customers, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide expert advice on footwear selection based on customer preferences, needs, and trends.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and organized.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Manage stock, including replenishment, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for footwear, fashion, and customer service.
Ability to engage with diverse customers and understand their needs.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
High school student or college student preferred.
Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Training will be provided for candidates new to the retail industry.
Working Hours
Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday).
Flexible hours available to accommodate student schedules.
Typically 4–8 hours per day depending on store requirements.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of current footwear trends is advantageous.
