As a member of their Senior Leadership team, you will deliver a unified global networks model, ensuring security, reliability, and constant availability across all business applications and services.
Key Responsibilities - Head of Networks: Define and deliver a global network strategy and roadmap aligned with Business standards and needs.
Lead the design, deployment, and operations of network services across all regions.
Ensure network security, resilience, and SLA performance across WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
Manage vendors, budgets, and governance for network initiatives.
Lead and organize multi-national teams across EMEA and AMER including architects, engineers, and operations.
Support digital branch transformation, remote access, and critical service connectivity.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership (CXO level) and represent network services in global forums.
Essential Experience - Head of Networks: Proven experience managing global enterprise network environments.
Strong leadership of multi-region technical teams.
Deep expertise in network architecture, security, cloud integration, and SD-WAN.
Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational delivery.
Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Relevant Degree/Certifications in networking, engineering, project management or similar.
