Service Manager Under 18s Residential Service (Clonmel, Tipperary) CPL in association with their client, a leading homeless and youth residential service in Ireland, is seeking a Service Manager for its Under 18s Residential Service in Clonmel. This is a full-time (39 hours, MondayFriday), specific purpose contract supporting young people aged 1517 in a short-term residential setting. The service provides trauma-informed care including key working, care planning, advocacy, behavioural support, and interagency collaboration. You will lead a multidisciplinary team (13 Social Care Workers, 2 Team Leaders, 1 Deputy Manager), ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant service delivery.
