About the role Our Deloitte Human Capital team supports our clients with a range of public sector including healthcare sector challenges.
Our team provides a combination of strategic advisory services and hands on implementation support on topics including organisation design, change management for digital transformation (including Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR)) and strategic HR and Talent advisory services.

Specific responsibilities Take a leading role in the growth of our Human Capital healthcare practice by networking, and identifying / leading new business proposals and presentations Working with our clients to design and lead the delivery of organisational transformation projects and programmes in the healthcare sector, across organisational, technology/digital, HR and cultural change Design/improve and execute change management approaches for a range of healthcare transformations including digital health initiatives Support transformations using the Deloitte change management approach including stakeholder assessment and engagement, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, communication strategy and delivery, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans Develop work plans for engagements, manage one or multiple work streams, manage resources to deliver superior quality deliverables against tight deadlines Develop high quality documentation to support all aspects of your work with clients Work collaboratively with colleagues across Deloitte wider consulting team to build your network, identify business development opportunities, and grow accounts Mentor and manage junior teams About you Understanding on the Irish healthcare sector (or similar) Previous consulting experience designing, leading and delivering transformational change in the healthcare sector in one or more of the following areas: Organisation design / operating model design including defining structures, governance and decision-making, roles and responsibilities Change management for organisational transformations Digital transformations including Electronic Health Record strategy, planning and/or implementation Workforce Planning and sizing HR strategy and Digital HR Leadership development and training Health & Social Care Strategy and large programme management/delivery Experience and knowledge of providing consulting/advisory services in the health and social care sector including delivering against growth ambitions, developing proposals and structuring teams to meet client needs Understanding of government/public sector policy, structure and culture Understanding of and experience in public sector procurement processes If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
