Lead Project Manager
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading project management teams to deliver high-profile projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Your key focus will be on strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Experience in establishing and leading project management offices (PMOs) with a proven track record of implementing scalable project delivery frameworks.
* Strong leadership and budget management skills with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
* Ability to develop and manage long-term programmes, monitor expenditures, and maintain integrated resource plans.
* Effective communication and governance skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Skilled at building, leading, and mentoring high-performing project management teams.
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; professional certification desirable.
