Project Manager - Public Sector Building Retrofit Locations: Dublin, Cork, Dundalk, or Sligo ?? Key Responsibilities Support delivery of renewable energy retrofit projects across public sector sites. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with reporting obligations. Conduct project evaluations, quality assurance, and measurement/verification activities. Prepare reports on programme performance, outcomes, and trends. Assist with data collection and reporting for the Recovery and Resilience Facility. Represent SEAI at meetings, site visits, and public events. Support procurement processes and ensure adherence to public procurement guidelines. Develop stakeholder communications including guidance materials, webinars, and case studies. Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve programme-related IT/business system issues. ?? Essential Criteria Degree (NFQ Level 7+) in Engineering, Science, Building Services, or related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in energy, sustainability, or public sector projects (postgrad studies may count). Strong understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability, and energy management. Proven project management experience with diverse stakeholder engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and report writing. Strong IT proficiency. ?? Key Skills Strategic thinking and sound judgement on complex issues.
