Accounts Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Derry/LDerry. As an integral part of our Accounts Team, you will be responsible for processing supplier and customer invoices, maintaining and reconciling multiple bank accounts, and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a team
* Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations
* Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account
* Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements
* Manage credit control
* Complete VAT returns
Requirements:
* Experience with SAGE and a similar role
* Confident IT skills
