Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
* Deliver materials to sites and individuals as required
* Ensure materials are signed out and properly documented
* Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
* Maintain stores and yard in a clean, safe, and professional manner
* Coordinate collection and replacement of tools and equipment
* Assist with compliance testing and ensure equipment is fit for purpose
* Support Stores Coordinator and cover duties during absence
Team Support & Reporting
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
* Attend weekly site materials meetings and provide feedback
* Ensure timely submission of paperwork including timesheets
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and deliveries
About the role
Due to continued growth, TLI Group is seeking a Stores Operative with knowledge or experience of motor/truck parts to support our workshop requirements. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in stock control, logistics, and driving, who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that materials are available, compliant, and delivered on time to support project execution. This is a hands-on role that combines operational duties with safety and compliance responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Skills

* Full Clean Irish Driving Licence (or equivalent)
* Experience in stock control, logistics, and Microsoft Office
* Experience in driving and stock auditing
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
