Thousands of Irish businesses use us to reward their teams tax-free every year. And this year, we're going digital — launching a Mastercard-powered product that lets customers spend their balance anywhere in the world Mastercard is accepted.The roleThis is a B2B sales role with real scope. You'll be selling a product that genuinely helps Irish businesses — a tax-efficient employee reward that costs nothing to distribute, supports local retail, and that employees actually love receiving.You won't be cold-calling people into buying something they don't need. You'll be introducing Irish HR managers, finance directors, and business owners to one of the smartest staff reward options available — and showing them exactly why it makes commercial and cultural sense for their organisation.Day to day, you will:Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients across Ireland — from SMEs to large employersOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, closing, onboardingDevelop deep relationships with clients and become their trusted reward advisorIdentify new business opportunities in employee rewards, HR tech, and corporate giftingWork closely with marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, and sales collateralTrack activity and performance through our CRM and contribute to sales strategyStay sharp on the Irish corporate gifting market — who's buying, why, and what's changingWhat we're looking forWe care about how you think and how you sell, more than where you studied or what your CV looks like.The essentials:Target-driven and results orientated - You are motivated and have a track record of winning new business — you know how to open doors and how to close themYou're genuinely curious about your clients' businesses — you ask good questions and listen wellYou communicate clearly and confidently, whether that's in a boardroom, on a call, or over emailYou're self-directed — you don't need to be managed to hit your targets, you're motivated by the work itselfYou're comfortable with digital tools — CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Word, the basics of data and reportingHighly organised and efficient with excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralHigh level of attention to detailGood team player but also demonstrate the ability to work independentlyIt's a strong plus if you have:Experience selling into HR, procurement, or finance buyersKnowledge of the Irish retail or employee rewards landscapeFamiliarity with the Small Benefit Exemption scheme and how it works for employersExperience at a scale-up or company going through a period of growthExperience in CRM tools particularly HubspotA degree in business, marketing, or a related field is welcome but not required.
