Support end‑to‑end multi‑country payroll for a financial services firm, partnering with HR, Finance/Treasury, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, on‑time payroll delivery—including funding, statutory taxes, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Run end‑to‑end payroll for multiple jurisdictions (inputs, validations, processing, reconciliations, reporting).
Coordinate payroll funding with Finance/Treasury (gross‑to‑net, funding instructions, deadlines).
Support tax and statutory compliance (withholding, social insurance, filings support, year‑end activities).
Manage/coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and resolve issues.
Maintain payroll data quality and documentation; contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
1–2+ years payroll experience across 2+ countries, within: Ireland, UK, UAE, Switzerland, Hungary, Estonia
Strong working knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, taxes/statutory deductions, and funding
Strong Excel skills and a service‑oriented mindset
Certifications: CIPP/E, APA, IPASS preferred
Familiar with global HCM products: Dayforce preferred
