Global Labelling Manager
A key role has become available for a Global Labelling Manager to join our client's pharmaceutical facility in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment and be part of a global team.
About the Role:
This position involves leading strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage Production, Design, and Asset workflows within the system and lead label change projects for launches, site transfers, and country/area specific changes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead global product leadership for strategic planning and forecasting of label change projects.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage Project Management responsibility within the system for Production, Design, and Asset workflows.
* Lead label change projects and associated deliverables for launches, site transfers, country/area specific changes, and other labeling focused projects.
* Lead the periodic formal review process for label change management and develop and report performance metrics within label change execution.
* Owning and leading Packaging and Artwork Strategy.
* Leading shared label strategy development and maintenance over the product life cycle.
* Ownership of Change Plan for labeling operations.
* Acting as business process owner for specific labeling business processes and assume role of documentation subject matter expert.
* Leading role to represent GLM in early development labeling work including functioning as lead for labeling launch activity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain and at least 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environment. You should also be proficient in English (both written and oral) and have experience working effectively across different cultures, multiple functional areas, and in complex matrix environments. Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated success in negotiating and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration are essential. Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labeling and impact of non-compliance is also required.
