We are looking for a resourceful, motivated person to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to evolve within a learning and development team and to further develop skills in administration, customer care, stakeholder engagement, marketing and communication and use of IT platforms including Zoom, Teams and Moodle.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training programmes and learning and development servicesContribute to the development and delivery of CPD events, online webinars and training coursesForge partnerships with key training providers and training partnersManage client and stakeholder relationshipsPrepare training materialsSupport course registration and moderationDevelop marketing materials to promote training offerings via various marketing channelsDeliver efficient, friendly and focussed responses to CPD queriesAdminister bookings on the internal CRM systemUndertake general administration dutiesContribute, as part of the Engineers Ireland team, to achieving our overall goals and objectives.QualificationsA minimum of two years' appropriate experience with a relevant qualificationRequired SkillsEvent support experience is desirableExperience in customer services and database administrationStrong communications skills with experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders/customersProven track record of strong attention to detail and 'right first-time' approachGood Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven ability to prioritise and plan effectively and efficientlyWell-developed time management and organisational skillsA self-driven attitude is vital, coupled with the ability to work in a teamA clear enjoyment in working with and assisting peoplePreferred SkillsThis role may be of interest to anyone currently working in or with a desire to work in event management, or a recent graduate in HR/Learning and Development.
