We are a full-service interior design and architecture studio and are currently in the process of establishing a retail showroom and studio.
We are also in the process of opening our own Warehouse.
We cater for the commercial and hospitality sectors, high-end residential developments and one-off private residential commissions.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Due to continued growth, the opening of a new warehouse and the upcoming diversification into Retail, Jackie Tracey Interiors is seeking an Assistant Accountant.
This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to gain significant experience and exposure to business operations across multiple workstreams, including Finance, Warehousing, Retail, IT and Property.
The role will report directly to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Process Supplier Invoices on Financial System Prepare Payments List for Approval Review Aged Debt Generate Customer Invoices on Financial System Send Invoices to customers for Payment Update Client Payment Schedules Customer Receipts and Allocations Raising POs on Retail System Receiving Goods in on Retail System Product and Vendor Maintenance & Set Up on Retail System Stock Reconciliations Weekly Sales Reporting & KPI Reports Matching supplier invoices to Retail System EPOS Reconciliations to Bank and Accounting System Online Sales Reconciliation to Bank and Accounting System Vat Returns RCT Returns Process Bank Payments Bank Reconciliations Approve Expenses Create New Customers on Financial System Create New Suppliers on Financial System Manage Fuelcards and DCI account Set up trading accounts with suppliers Ad hoc admin as required Manage Stock/Warehousing in Retail System Assist with stock counts Ensure new Warehousing Process is followed Assist with system upgrades and development as required Month end Accounts & Reconciliations Update and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register Update Cashflow Template Benefits: Hybrid Working
