Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital performance, Media, Social, and Influencer strategy during an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll own the end to end digital performance for our omni- channel business, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-led and creative strategies across all our key channels (Paid Search& Shopping, Paid & Organic Social, OOH, Affiliates, Influencers, Display, YouTube/VOD).

You’ll lead a high performing digital marketing team of 4 and collaborate cross functionally with Brand, Creative, and eCommerce to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet both short-term commercial targets and long-term brand goals.


Role Responsibilities


Leadership & Strategy

Team Management - Manage and mentor a team of 4 digital marketing professionals, agencies & partners.

Media Strategy - Set and execute the overarching strategy for all media channels, including PPC, Social Media, YouTube, OOH, Influencer, and Content Marketing, ensuring both commercial and brand awareness targets are met in line with business priorities.

Sales & Growth - Drive omni-channel sales performance, overseeing the full customer funnel to increase traffic, optimise conversion, and maximise ROAS and overall profitability.

Performance Analysis - Lead data-driven analysis and continuous testing to improve campaign efficiency, profitability, and return on marketing investment.

Budget Management - Own and strategically manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong ROI delivery across all channels.

Social Media Excellence- Lead the development and execution of Life Style Sports social media strategy, focusing on engagement, followers and brand advocacy.

Calendar Management – Build and manage an integrated “always-on” paid media and content calendar, aligned to trading moments, campaigns, sporting events, and brand priorities.

Collaborative Execution - Work cross-functionally with the broader GTM Team - Brand, Creative, eCommerce and Buying Heads Of, to deliver aligned strategic, customer and commercialpriorities.

Trends - Stay ahead of digital and retail trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations to identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.


Key Requirements

* Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing with 8 years’ experience.
* At least 2+ years in a leadership level role with experience of managing a team of 3+.
* Strong knowledge of the Media landscape with a focus on digital performance - Paid Search & Shopping, Display, Video and Paid Social
* Proven success managing large marketing budgets for measurable brand awareness & acquisition
* Strong grasp of how brand awareness and demand generation work together across the full funnel


About you

* Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team, both within the digital marketing department and across the wider business and third parties agencies.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity
* Creative eye with a deep understanding of Social Media & Influencers and the role it plays in driving Brand Awareness, Engagement & Loyalty.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights.
* Ability to manage a 7-figure marketing budget whilst maximising the return on investment.
* Retail experience is a plus but not essential
