About the Role
* Research and identify target companies and business contacts using LinkedIn, Lusha, and other tools.
* Map the market by analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
* Create opportunities by running targeted outbound campaigns and advising clients on solutions.
* Collaborate with senior consultants on key accounts and drive sales growth through data-led decision-making.
* Participate in structured training and coaching programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* 1+ year experience in a BDR or SDR role, with a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings.
* Consultative approach, asking smart questions and listening deeply to understand client needs.
* Process-driven mindset, comfortable with structured outreach and data-led decision-making.
* Commercial acumen, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
