Senior Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and a proven track record of tendering and winning build projects.

About the Job

* As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for researching materials, equipment and labour costs, reviewing potential Value Engineering options, and preparing subcontractor/supplier packages for sending out to the market.
* You will manage projects efficiently, report price variations effectively, analyse subcontractor/supplier quotations for the most competitive and compliant, and assist with programme preparation and assess the levels of risk on a project.

This is an office-based role, so you will not be required to travel to the UK. You will work closely with Estimating and Commercial Managers to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions across various sectors.

Requirements

* You will be degree educated in a construction-related discipline, and have at least 5 years of previous experience in an estimating role.
* A confident and outgoing personality is beneficial for dealing directly with clients and their design teams.
