BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and proven supervisory experience to lead and deliver exceptional morning dining experiences for our guests.As Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring a warm, efficient, and high-quality experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and support the breakfast service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.Coordinate the daily operations of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring efficiency and high standards at all times.Warmly welcome guests and ensure service is friendly, professional, and attentive.Work closely with the Breakfast Manager and Heads of Departments to maintain excellent customer care standards.Train, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding new staff.Monitor service flow, ensuring timely food delivery and smooth communication with the kitchen team.Assist with rostering, stock control, and administrative duties as required.Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.Be flexible to assist in other Food & Beverage areas when required.QualificationsPrevious experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role is essential.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work early mornings, including weekdays and weekends.BenefitsStaff discounts.Training and development opportunities.A supportive and dynamic team environment.
