Chartered Accountant / Practice Manager – South Dublin
Through organic growth, a new Chartered Accountant / Accounting Manager is needed to help develop a well‑established partner‑led practice in South Dublin.
This is an accounting firm where you will focus on the preparation of accounts for multiple clients across all industries as well as provide advisory services to clients.

Opportunity
The main focus will be on accounts preparation and advisory matters for clients across Greater Dublin.
The position will give you the ability to manage your time accordingly as well as developing your accounting skills.
You will learn from and work closely with the Partners and a Director.
You will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant – ACA or ACCA qualified.
Ideally practice experience in a medium to small practice with accounts preparation experience.
Practice trained and qualified (ideally 4 years+ PQE).
Significant experience working under FRS102 is essential.
Confident and competent in your accounting skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Remuneration
€68,000 – €80,000 base salary + attractive benefits package (based on your experience gained).
Office based in a social and relaxed working environment.
Option to work from home where appropriate.
Excellent work‑life balance (circa 9am‑5.30pm environment).
Expectation of promotion after 12 months and annual salary reviews.
